We are devastated that Bear is still waiting for his chance… 3 years in kennels is heartbreaking for this boy.
Bear has spondylosis of the spine so a concrete kennel is no place for him and we have to try our best to find him an adoption or foster home. He is on medication which will be funded by Pennypaws throughout his life.
Bear will need firm, experienced, understanding owners and would be best suited as an only dog in a calm household.
