Aris, described as a little dude, has been at the Greek shelter for many years now, which is such a shame as he is a friendly dog. Aris is a happy and playful dog who will always make you laugh with his antics. He is good with people and other dogs but has spent his life being overlooked, despite being a wonderful character. He has formed a very close bond with Beba, who has also been in the shelter for nearly 8 years.
Beba was rescued just in time after being intentionally poisoned on the streets of Greece. She was only about 6 months old at that time. Because she was a big and clumsy puppy, people were very cruel to her. Her leg had already been broken before being poisoned and that hadn't healed well. Her leg has now developed arthritis and made walking cumbersome, so she does not need much exercise. She is a friendly, calm and, sometimes, playful dog and she often comes for some attention and a cuddle!
As Aris and Beba have become so accustomed to outdoor life after nearly 8 years at the shelter and have developed such a close bond, they need to be adopted as a pair. All they would require is a heated outside dog house, perhaps in a large garden or secure paddock, adjoining a house. Access to the house could be introduced gradually for these two, they are both friendly but not familiar with a home environment. Beba is utterly devoted to Aris and the two are inseparable.

Aris and Beba have both been neutered and will travel to the UK on pet passports with full vaccinations, worming, flea treatment and microchips.
