Elsa is one of four puppies in the litter found abandoned in a yard in Romania. Fortunately they have been taken in by a foster family who are looking after them in the absence of their mummy. The foster home includes children and cats so Elsa will be getting lots of experiences and love!
Elsa has a broken tail - this will be assessed as she develops.
